Designer

The Designer allows you to create digital forms. These can be defined as templates for requests. In the Designer, you can not only predefine questions and data fields, but also predefine the files to be sent, such as the format of requested files (for example, for a product specification). You can send files here, as well as request files and pre-tag them.

Private Chain Request

inChain subscribers can transfer an existing request to a private chain. This feature is designed to maintain full control over the subscriber's own direct and indirect suppliers. The subscriber can then later decide whether or not to publish the results to the private chain. This allows them to maintain their interest in maintaining the confidentiality of their own suppliers.

Formal law of the European Union

in C hain

EU law is briefly outlined. Please note that no guarantee of accuracy or timeliness can be given. For further information, please refer to the websites of the European Union and chambers of commerce.

The CSRD ("Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive") regulates corporate reporting obligations. According to EU regulations, large and listed companies must publish regular reports on the social and environmental risks they are exposed to and on the impact of their activities on people and the environment. The directive was to be implemented by EU member states by July 6, 2024. Infringement proceedings are underway against Germany and Austria, among others, for failing to meet this deadline. Since November 2024, the European Council has been discussing mitigations under the term "Omnibus Initiative." The EU Commission is expected to present proposals for mitigations in the first half of 2025 to reduce reporting requirements related to the CSRD, CSDDD, and the Taxonomy Regulation by at least 25%.

Regulates the reporting obligations under the CSRD of financial market-oriented SMEs for fiscal years beginning in 2026 (an opt-out until 2028 is possible). EFRAG has only submitted a draft to date. The LSME only affects listed SMEs that finance themselves through the capital market, for example, those that are listed on the stock exchange.

Austrian Sustainability Reporting Act implementing the EU Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). As of January 2025, the law is in draft form.
